Why should you choose Springtown Consulting?

Springtown Consulting, LLC (SCLLC) specializes in land development design, residential subdivisions, plot plans, and stormwater management.  The owner of Springtown Consulting, Theodore Koven, has over twenty years experience in residential subdivision design and municipal engineering.  Mr. Koven is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He has worked for both local engineering firms and a large home builder with projects ranging in scope from a plot plan for a single-family lot up to a three-hundred (300) lot subdivision.  Please reference the attached Biographical Sketch.

Springtown Consulting is a small locally owned firm catering to the individual needs of our clients.  I am willing to meet with you free of charge to discuss your proposed project.  During the initial meeting stage, SCLLC investigates the local and state requirements to determine the major impacts on each project.  During the municipal approval process, Springtown Consulting believes it is important to include the client in the decision making and plan revisions.  Prospective clients are provided with recommendations during the entire project, including both the design or construction stages.

We perform our services at reasonable rates and are honest with our customers.  Contracts and change orders are provided in writing.  Invoices are sent out at beginning of each month based on the work performed at the below hourly rates.  A two percent (2%) discount will be applied to invoices paid within 10-days.  SCLLC works with local land surveyors, soil scientists, and other consultants in order to provide quality services at a lower price than the competition.
